Boulos has a technical collaboration and distribution agreement with the following global establishments.
- Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan: For Suzuki motorcycles, automobiles, outboard marine engines and spare parts
- Suzuki Maruti India Ltd: For super carry, vans and spare parts.
- Jiangmen Dachangjiang Group Co. Ltd, China: For Haojue motorcycles and spare parts.
- Jincheng Corporation, China: For motorcycles and spare parts.
- Guangdong Galaxy Company, China: For Galaxy Tricycles and spare parts.
Major Milestones
1938
Establishment of Boulos Enterprises Limited.
1964
Incorporation of Boulos Enterprises as a Limited Liability Company
1969
Establishment of First Motorcycle Assembly Plant in Nigeria for Suzuki Motorcycles.
1978
Establishment of First Suzuki Outboard Motor Assembly Plant in Oregun, Ikeja with installed capacity of 6000 units.
1980
The Opening of ultra modern Motorcycle Manufacturing Plant with manufacturing capacity of 150,000 units of motorcycles per year on single shipped basis and employing over 1,200 employees.
2015
Introduction of local assembly of Tricycles.
2018
Establishment of the whole body- building shop for Tricycles and Mini Vans.
Establishment of first Suzuki commercial vehicle assembly plant in Nigeria.
Our Corporate Social Responsibilities
- Training of SON engineers from 36 states of Nigeria.
- Hosting of Professors for Externship - A way of developing research agenda in universities and industries.
- Annual beach clean up exercise sponsored by Boulos Enterprises Ltd.
- Research Internship for UNILAG.
- Hosting of secondary school students in introducing them to manufacturing profession.
- Collaboration with University of Ife on research programs for students.
