FEATURES OF OUR COLD ROOMS
1. High-Performance Insulated Panels (PU/PIR Panels)
We construct cold rooms using high-density polyurethane insulation panels. These panels reduce heat gain, maintain internal temperature stability, and are resistant to moisture, corrosion, and chemicals. Panel thickness is customized based on whether the room is for chilling or freezing.
2. Advanced Refrigeration System
Each cold room is fitted with a refrigeration system precisely matched to the required temperature and room size.
System options include:
Chilled storage: 0°C to +10°C
Frozen storage: –18°C to –25°C
Blast freezing (optional): –30°C to –40°C
We ensure proper suction pressure, air circulation, and load balancing for uniform cooling.
